TSC2 Help Desk is available with Technician licenses or with an Enterprise license.
Technician Licensing
A Technician license allows you to have a specified number of named technicians, an unlimited number of contacts (end users) and an unlimited number of read-only contact login accounts. When selecting a Technician license you must select the number of technicians that will be named in the TSC2 Help Desk database. This includes technicians that are listed, but may not log into or access the system as well as any administrative login accounts you may need. For example, if your IT department has 3 support technicians and 2 help desk personnel that will be entering work orders you will need a 5 Technician License.
Enterprise Licensing
The Enterprise license allows you to have an unlimited number of named technicians.
