Servantix has been working diligently on the latest version of our help desk software, and while we haven’t been able to give much information on the development we have decided to give an occasional sneak peek at Servantix Help Desk v5. Servantix Help Desk is completely new, written from the ground up, to take advantage of the latest technology. And as always, it will be a free upgrade for customers with a current support maintenance plan.

So without further delay we present the first sneak peak at Servantix Help Desk.

Servantix Help Desk Asset Window

This is a screen shot of the asset (equipment) window in Servantix Help Desk. One of the first things you may notice that is different from TSC2 Help Desk are the System and Software tabs. Servantix Help Desk has the ability to capture detailed information from networked computers including the installed software. The second thing you may notice are the Tools buttons, you can easily access the computer using Windows Remote Desktop or VNC (if installed). Please note that this is a preliminary screen shot and features may change prior to the final release.

We hope you have enjoyed this Servantix Help Desk screen shot, and stay tuned for more as we continue to work to bring you the most advanced Help Desk solution on the market.
